Overview |
I Don't is a book that delves deep into the human experience, capturing a rich tapestry of thoughts, emotions, and feelings. Often, we merely scratch the surface when encountering others, but within these pages, I aim to reveal both sides of every story. This book passionately explores the challenging terrain of mental health, particularly for men. Its primary purpose is to inspire individuals, particularly men, by underscoring that it's perfectly acceptable to feel vulnerable and overwhelmed at times. Through these shared experiences, this book seeks to illuminate the profound personal growth that often emerges from confronting and overcoming life's challenges

02Challenge
|
Lost, Dream, Insecurity, Love, Friendship, and Self-Discovery are the myriad emotions that currently course through me, and I aspire to capture their essence through the medium of photography. Each emotion, embodied by a different character in a distinct place and time, will unveil two contrasting narratives. One narrative portrays how society perceives these individuals at face value, while the other delves into the genuine emotions they experience.

03Portraying emotions
through photography |
I chose photography as my medium because emotions, though invisible, are powerful and profound. Through the lens of a camera, I can freeze these fleeting moments of raw feeling, allowing viewers to not just see but also feel the intangible emotions that course through our lives. |
